Why I Love Living in Avery Ranch

I love living in Avery Ranch! Avery Ranch is a “Lifestyle” community that over 400 families a year have chosen since 2004. Avery Ranch is nestled in over 1800 acres of hill country that sits next to the beautiful brushy creek and miles of hike and bike trail.

The community offers 5 pools, tennis courts, award winning public golf course, and two excellent exemplary elementary schools and more!

The Social Commitee here at Avery Ranch is very dedicated to many family activities. These events range from the yearly popular summer Charity Golf tournament sponsored by Dennis Quaid benefiting many local charities to Mardi Gras party in February to the yearly Spring bazaar and the family Easter Egg Hunt in April and don’t miss the Garden tour in May… In addition, the Golf course and clubhouse has a yearly 4th of July firework display that the families look forward to each year as well!!! The Golf course clubhouse has wonderful food and ambience!

I chose Avery Ranch over 6 years ago for the Beauty, Price, Location, Amenities, Convenience, and the Exemplary elementary school– Patsy Sommer. I especially love my long walks in the most beautiful hike and bike trail of brushy creek and also taking in the “peace” and “beauty” of a gateway to the Texas hill country!

In addition, Avery Ranch has easy access to the major highways and minutes from nice restaurants and shopping! Local businesses include Z Tejas Restaurant, Waterloo Restaurant, Chase Bank, Walgreens, CVS and a multi use shopping center on the west side of the community with a wide variety of many businesses.
